Also known as Career Real Estate Agent Training and Education, Create 21 was launched in April, 2001 as the flagship course of the Century 21 Learning System®. This six-week course is designed to allow new agents from all over the world to attend live sessions and self-paced Web-based sessions from the convenience of their own computer.

The System

                                                    The success of the program, rests on the blended online and onsite training programs, which
                                                    boosts sales performance for new real estate agents. This blended approach transforms and
                                                    improves upon the best of the legacy onsite instructor-led training, making it adaptable,
                                                    accessible and enjoyable to use.

                                                    Included in the 6-week course are “live” Instructor-lead seminars, followed by self-paced,
                                                    web-based training.  In addition, there are “live” student teleconferences with the instructor for
                                                    the purpose of coaching and follow-up accountability. The self-paced “pre-work” and
                                                    "homework" materials are offered both online, in print and on video CD-ROMs.  Other
                                                    benefits include a pre-assessment and broker/manager package to help them coach their
                                                    agents during the training program and beyond.
