The CDS was designed to be a holistic, organic learning experience which evolves along with the natural progression and evolution of the agent.

Agents progress to the next training phase only after the successful completion of the previous module.  Working with their agent mentor, agents are guided in real life situations and gain invaluable opportunity to apply what they learn. As the focus is placed on moving an agent to productivity as soon as possible, rather than being immersed in endless classroom training, the agent’s experienced is enriched and the learning curve is significantly flattened. 

As agents acquire more experience and advance from Start Right, they move into the next phase of their professional development.  The Advanced Agent Training takes them more deeply into the theoretical and complex aspects of the business, just as agents are ready to broaden and sharpen their skills.
