Advanced Agent Training

Over the course of a year, experienced agents are taken through a focused and demanding curriculum.  The AATP systematically evaluates where an agent is in terms of skill level and production then, based upon experience, career development needs and personal interest, an individually tailored program is created. High-level, focused coaching sessions pinpoint specific areas of development concentrating on the areas of greatest interest and value to an further agent’s career.

Experienced agents who come to us have the option of participating in our Advanced Agent Training Program. The AATP is a high-accountability, coaching based, program for serious professionals.  The AATP takes agents through the more theoretical and advanced aspects of our business, just as they have accumulated the necessary experience and are ready to enhance and sharpen their skills.

The AATP is available to agents who have been in the business for more than a year and have met a minimum level of production, however most agents who matriculate through the program have been in the business for three or more years. The ATTP is not for everyone and because of the focused and demanding nature of the program, a strong commitment is expected on the part of the agent.
